As a former Realtor for 35 years, when I approach a Realtor for their services I have high expectations. Mary Lou not only did everything that she said she would do to sell my property, but she kept me notified every step of the way. She did not “sugar coat” what was involved in getting the property on the market, arranging showings, and getting a contract but was very honest every step of the way. It took about 3 months total to sell my property, but after the contract was received, we closed in 2 weeks!!!! Mary Lou had my property listed when I purchased it over 10 years ago, she has been a good neighbor and a true friend for that entire 10 years. Thus, it was not difficult for me to know who I would list with when the time came to sell mine! (If you’re nice to her, she might even bring you a glass of homemade jelly at Christmas time:) I do not treat recommendations lightly, but I DO highly give Mary Lou an 11 out of 10! Mary Lou’s assistant, Kate, was also excellent.
